I spoke at the American Society of Safety Professionals conference this morning and I feel awful. A lot of people wanted to talk to me at our vendor table, but I had to leave - I just didn’t have the energy. I stopped for a bowl of chicken tortilla soup on the way home.
I need to go home and crawl in bed with a pile of dogs and Pumpkin. That is my medicine.

I shouldn’t, but I’ve been guilty of loading up on pseudoephedrine and antihistamines and then powering through.
Fairly certain I got a number of other people sick that way, my immune system typically doesn’t fuck around

Rest up, man. There’s something going around. I woke up with a righteous cold this morning and feel like every bit of energy is being sapped from my body.
